Data sharing

Elkana does not sell, rent, or share personal data with any third parties. All data is processed exclusively on the company's own infrastructure.

Analytics (Umami)

With your consent, we use Umami Analytics hosted on our own server at webanalytics.elkana.com.pl — no data is shared with third parties.

The tool collects: page URL, browser type, screen resolution, browser language, and referrer. IP addresses are anonymised and are not stored in the database.

Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) — only after consent is given via the banner. Consent may be withdrawn at any time by clicking "Decline" in the banner (available after clearing browser local storage) or by enabling the "Do Not Track" signal in your browser settings.

Contact Form

Data submitted via the contact form (full name, email address, company name, message) is stored on Elkana's servers solely for the purpose of responding to your inquiry.

Legal basis: steps necessary prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Data is retained until the inquiry is resolved, then for up to 1 year for archival purposes.
